SOL. A pool can add a supporter coin on
pump.fun: coin fees pay part of the price, so every contributor’s % grows; they never mint extra shares.
The pool buys the card NFT into a shared vault. Shares arrive automatically; manual claim is a backup. Shares are your ownership of the card. The supporter coin is a separate token and gives no ownership.
New pools use a 2% early-exit fee while funding. Each pool keeps the terms recorded at creation. After purchase, you exit by selling shares. A buyer is required; resale is not guaranteed.
After the deadline, your contribution is refundable in USDC without an exit fee. SOL contributions are converted to USDC when you contribute, so the refund is denominated in USDC. Coin fees collected for an unsuccessful pool belong to the protocol.
Contributors receive 100% of the shares. Coin fees pay part of the price, so every contributor’s % grows; they never mint extra shares. If collectors contribute $6,000 and coin fees add $4,000, a $600 contribution owns 10% of the card. Holding the supporter coin gives no ownership of the card.
New coin fees accrue to shareholders. Rewards already earned stay with the previous owner when shares are sold; the buyer receives future rewards.
Holders can vote to sell the card and split the net proceeds. New pools require 66.67% of all shares, with a 72-hour vote. Existing pools keep their recorded terms. An unsold listing can be cancelled after 7 days, returning the card to collective ownership. Someone holding all shares can redeem the NFT and arrange physical delivery with the card custodian, subject to its requirements and charges.
Yes. Collective retains upgrade authority so the program can be maintained and eventually closed to recover rent. User assets and outstanding obligations must be settled before closing accounts.
